At Buggy Fresh, we don’t just give your baby gear a quick once-over – we provide a deep, thorough clean that restores it inside and out. Our step-by-step process is designed to be safe for little ones, tough on dirt and kind to the environment.
Our Process Has Six Stages:
Stage 1
Stage 1: Check-In & Careful Disassembly
Every item we clean starts with a close inspection. We check for stains, dirt, fabric wear and any areas needing special attention – like wheels, footrests or straps. Then we gently take everything apart so every section can get the deep clean it deserves.
Stage 2
Stage 2: Crumb & Dirt Removal
Out with the hidden grime! We use powerful vacuums, soft brushes and air-blowers to remove all the bits that love to hide in seams, folds and corners. No nook or cranny goes untouched.
Stage 3
Stage 3: Fabric Cleaning & Spot Treatments
Removable covers are washed with baby-safe, eco-friendly detergents. For fixed fabrics, we use steam to lift dirt and kill bacteria without harsh chemicals. Stubborn stains are treated carefully with child-friendly products.
Stage 4
Stage 4: Wheels & Frame Refresh
Wheels and chassis get a thorough clean and polish. We scrub away built-up grime, buff out scuffs, and lubricate the wheel mechanisms so your buggy glides like new again.
Stage 5
Stage 5: Reassembly & Safety Check
Once everything’s sparkling clean, we put it all back together with care. Then we double-check that brakes, buckles, wheels and harnesses are safe, secure and ready to go.
Stage 6
Stage 6: Final Steam & Quality Check
To finish, we give everything one last steam clean – reducing bacteria, allergens and odours – before a final quality check. Only when it passes our high standards do we hand it back, fresh and ready for your next adventure.
